Tommaso Perazzo is a critically acclaimed Italian jazz pianist, composer, and Hammond organist based in New York City whose artistry blends deep tradition with contemporary sensibility. Born in Angera, Italy, Perazzo began piano at age five and went on to study at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam before earning a Master’s degree in jazz piano at the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied with renowned mentors including Phil Markowitz, Buster Williams, and Miguel Zénon.
Perazzo has performed at major festivals and clubs across Europe and the U.S., including Umbria Jazz, Torino Jazz Festival, Guimarães Jazz, Dizzy’s Jazz Club, Mezzrow, and Blues Alley, sharing the stage with luminaries such as Buster Williams, Wayne Escoffery, Flavio Boltro and Gregory Hutchinson.
