The Counselor-In-Training Program is for teens that have an interest in working with children and being a camp counselor in the future. Teenagers will have the opportunity to develop job skills in this week long training. The program includes leadership, counseling techniques, behavior management, natural history, and activity development. Under supervision, they will have a hands-on experience with a camp group, including leading an activity.
