MIGHTY TOCCATA AND FUGUE IN D MINOR, which he adapted for Walt
Disney's Fantasia.
Next, Morton GOULD’S SYMPHONETTE # 4 (LATIN AMERICAN SYMPHONETTE)
bursts with energetic
Latin rhythms employing full resources of the orchestra.
The CONCERT CONCLUDES IN REFRESHING CONTRAST WITH JOHANNES BRAHMS’S
SECOND SYMPHONY IN D MAJOR, OPUS 73.
APRIL 30TH AT 3:00 PM
