Fire Science New York Trip Deposit - New York, NY 2026

If you are interested in attending the Fire Science New York Trip on March 14 to 18, 2026 you must pay a $100.00 deposit to secure your seat. This deposit will be taken off the total price of the trip which is $725.00 (includes bus, hotel (quad occupancy) and 9/11 Museum Admission). You need either a valid passport or a valid NEXUS card to attend the trip, as both are accepted forms of identification for crossing the border. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
