Fairport Angels June Blood Drive

You can save up to three lives with your donation of blood at the annual Fairport Angels Blood Drive on June 18, from 1pm – 7pm, at St. John of Rochester Gymnasium, 8 Wickford Way, in Fairport.

2025 is the 14th year of the drive and the 18th year of the loss of the five Fairport Angels, five days after high school graduation: Hannah Congdon, Bailey Goodman, Meredith McClure, Sara Monnat, and Katie Shirley. These five families believe the drive is a way to keep their memories alive, be of help to others, and gather.

To maximize your blood donation, in addition to saving up to three lives, eligible type O, B- or A- donors may consider making a Power Red donation. Red blood cells are the most commonly transfused blood component.

To be respectful of the donors' time, preregistration is recommended. This will provide the Red Cross with information needed to appropriately staff the drive.
