Description
For swimmers looking to go the extra mile or support training for triathlons. Class will meet once per week with the instructor, with participants expected to train for two additional days per week on their own. Weekly workouts will focus on technique for strokes and efficient swim skills for triathlon swimming. This class is best for swimmers who are able to swim at least 100 yards without stopping and up to 300 yards without many breaks.
