My mission is to Break The Taboo of Gut Health - To talk openly and honestly about about our gut and it's issues. Everyone has gut issues and no one wants to admit or talk about them, and this is a very big problem.

If left unchecked these small issues could turn into bigger ones. By talking about it publicly you reduce the chance it will grow into something much bigger and more dangerous.

With this show I am one step closer to that mission.

This show may just save your life. - Karin Nahmani

Honesty, openness, frankness, and outspokenness are all an understatement when it comes to the hilarious and heartwarming one-woman show “SHIT ISN’T A DIRTY WORD”.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending Karin Nahmani’s one-woman show, Sh!t Isn’t A Dirty Word!, and it was one of the most refreshing and enjoyable discussions about gut health I’ve ever experienced! – Chelar Vale/ChelarVale.com

This bold piece of solo theatre is written and performed by Karin Nahmani who is a mother of four, a wife, a business owner, a published author, a guest speaker, and the co-founder of Pure Center, which offers a holistic approach to health in Los Angeles. Karin doesn’t hold back as she educates her audiences about gut health and how it transformed her life and her clients’ lives.

Using humor, multimedia, and storytelling, Karin, the Hollywood Plumber to the Stars, discusses major issues and causes of disruptive digestive health in a way that will make people blush and think critically.

I felt like I had been to a TED Talk and actually learned something I could relate to and use in my everyday life. And I also laughed my butt off!! Bravo Karin! Samantha Simmonds-Ronceros/NOHO ARTS DISTRICT

Karin brings over two decades of expertise to the stage. She creates an open discussion for both men and women about taboo topics in the wellness sphere that many people don’t want to touch… literally.

Join her for an unforgettable theatrical experience and be a part of Karin’s greatest mission in life – talking about the importance of gut health and the connection to the mind, body, and soul.

Let’s take the embarrassment and stigma out of talking about our bowel movements and digestive health!
