My mission is to Break The Taboo of Gut Health - To talk openly and honestly about about our gut and it's issues. Everyone has gut issues and no one wants to admit or talk about them, and this is a very big problem.
If left unchecked these small issues could turn into bigger ones. By talking about it publicly you reduce the chance it will grow into something much bigger and more dangerous.
With this show I am one step closer to that mission.
This show may just save your life. - Karin Nahmani
