Spring Fling, BEER & CHEESE PAIRING

Smell, touch and taste your way to the perfect beer and CHEESE PAIRING! Grab a friend and come out to The PATCHOGUE BEER PROJECT on Wednesday, March 20th for a beer and CHEESE PAIRING EVENT WITH SLATES AND PLATES INC.This tasting will be led by a representative of the brewery and  by a professional cheesemonger & owners of Slates and Plates inc. The event will begin at 6:30 pm. As you work your way through the hand-selected pairings both sides will share insights & education on the  selections and flavor profiles. You will learn what characteristics made each beer and cheese pair well together, which will in turn, help you pair beer with cheese in the future. Tickets are first come, first serve. To ensure a quality experience limited seating is available for this event. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
