MSP, (Member Success Program), is a three-hour training session offered in each borough every other month, at various times and places in the Outer Boroughs Region to new BNI Members and Existing members.

You will receive a BNI MSP Manual and other material complete with many tools that you can use on an ongoing basis.
New members must attend MSP within their first 60 days of membership.
Existing Members who return to MSP on their own for a "refresher" will be entitled to a removal of 1 absence from their 6 month record. (Retuning members must bring their member manual).
Registration is required to attend MSP and must be done two business days before the scheduled MSP. MSP fees are charged regardless if you eat or not as the venues charge on a per-person basis. Members are responsible for paying their own MSP fees. (Cash preferred, checks accepted, credit/debit cards at the location).
Fees are non-refundable. If a member misses their scheduled session or is a session is canceled, they will have a credit towards another session held that month or the month following their original scheduled session.
MSP classes with less than 5 registrations are subject to cancelation. Participants will be emailed at least 1 day in advance of any cancelation.
Note: Credit Card orders will be subject to a convenience charge.
All credit card payments will show Houston-CB Group, Inc. or similar, on your statement.
