During this 2.5 hour class you and a friend will build and decorate a 6-inch boozy ice cream cake.

Guided by a professional decorator, learn to form ice cream layers, assemble, ice, and decorate your cake, including learning piping and inscription technique.

*NOTE: Pricing is for 2 people- make and take home 1 x 6-inch boozy ice cream cake (feeds 10-15 people). If cake needs to be split, an additional $25 fee will be charged.

*Classes are held at our Brooklyn Barlour- 270 Metropolitan Ave in Williamsburg (located off the Bedford L, Metropolitan G and Marcy J/M stops.
