This class is highly adaptable to whoever is in the room; sometimes we
are more lively, and other times we might just want to lay down and
stretch for an hour. Always beginner-friendly, first-time yogis are
welcome and encouraged to attend, as Barbara will explain and break
down all of the poses for you. The focus is on the coordination of the
breath and the body, and you will learn the benefits of bringing your
awareness within.
