_The end of February signals we are that much closer to spring...and
warmer weather! _However, we might still feel the winter slump and
wouldn't it be nice to have a different kind of fitness class to try
out?
On Saturday, February 24th, Jackie Walsh and Laura Thomas are
hosting a one of a kind yoga/bootcamp mash-up. Class will be 75
minutes long starting with some light stretching to warm up the body.
Then comes the boot camp, a fun and sweaty workout, followed by
cooling down with deep yoga stretches.
No prior yoga or bootcamp experience is required. Bring a yoga mat and
some water and get ready to have some fun!
