Description In this 30 minute circuit class, you will squat, lunge,
and stair climb your way to stronger legs and glutes! This fast-paced
class will utilize your own bodyweight in addition to a variety of
equipment. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and
modifications can be provided. Squat Squad will include a combination
of standing and floor exercises. Please bring a mat to class if you
have one!

upper body and core focused workout.
