One of our most popular speciality formats with instructors and clients alike, BarreAmped® Bootcamp incorporates classic barre exercises with low-impact, feel-good cardio intervals.
Join us for a one day intensive training in BarreAmped® Bootcamp with Teacher Trainer Laura Escott.
Receive instruction in the BarreAmped® Bootcamp and BarreAmped® Extreme Cardio Bootcamp class formats. You’ll learn exercise set-up, alignment, teaching skills, and how to troubleshoot for tactile corrections. Ask questions, take master classes, and get one-on-one feedback in this workshop style setting.
Take what you’ve learned into any studio or personal training setting. Use of the BarreAmped® brand name in class names, descriptions, or marketing materials is reserved for our licensed
