This program includes the same elements as traditional yoga, including physical poses, meditation, and breathing techniques. This gentle practice modifies standard yoga poses to do them while sitting in a chair or standing and using a chair for balance. This is an accessible yoga class for everyone.

Participants need to bring the following: Yoga mat, yoga strap, water, towel/blanket
