TOKYO X IS AN EXCITING CELEBRATION OF JAPANESE CULTURE THAT WILL TAKE
PLACE INDOORS AT THE NRG CENTER IN HOUSTON. This event seamlessly
blends modern and traditional elements, and it’s set to occur during
_*FATHER’S DAY WEEKEND ON JUNE 14 AND 15, 2025_* . Tokyo X will be
collaborating with Spirit of Japan to bring more exciting vendors and
entertainment from Japan!

_*VOICE ACTORS,__ __COSPLAY__ , __CAR SHOW__ , electrifying __LIVE
CONCERTS__ , dynamic __MARTIAL ARTS__ demonstrations, __WORKSHOPS,
FREE ARCADES, 30+ FOOD VENDORS_* and much more. This is an experience

_*PICKING UP PASSES_*
Passes must be collected from the Registration desk located in front
of Hall B at NRG CENTER. To pick up your passes, you must present a
valid Eventbrite ticket that includes a QR code. One-day passes can
only be collected on the specific day for which they were purchased.
VIP and Two-Day Passes can be picked up using the _*PRIORITY LINE_* .
_*REFUND POLICY_*
All ticket purchases are considered final and refunds will not be
issued. Ticket transfers may only be conducted by attendees themselves
through the Eventbrite platform. Tokyo X assumes no responsibility for
any ticket transfer activities. Once an order has been submitted, it
cannot be modified. Furthermore, alterations between different ticket
types (VIP, 2-day, Saturday, Sunday) are prohibited. Please note that
unclaimed passes are not eligible for transfer to the subsequent year.
Only if the event is canceled will refunds be issued.
