Mom TRIBE DATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED--- meets once weekly _(SATURDAY MORNINGS FROM 8-9:30AM) FOR 6 WEEKS (STARTING MARCH 7TH)_. Each week we will explore a new topic, discuss new challenges, and offer support and positivity to one another, while also finding answers and solutions to the TOUGHEST questions!!! *Topics include: * Finding ME again * Self-care (how to make yourself a priority without feeling guilty!) * Parenting challenges and how to handle them (with a certified Love and Logic teacher) * Defining and finding a healthy support system * Connecting with my spouse/partner again and other useful topics!
