Come enjoy this donation based holistic prenatal fitness class series that is part of the Emerge & Blossom Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Event. Build physical strength to help yourself feel better during pregnancy, be ready to meet the wild work of birth (vaginal or cesarean birth), and be more prepared for postpartum recovery. There will be a whole body focus on gentle strengthening, building posture awareness while exercising and how to take that into your daily life and some light/moderate cardio.
