This is the Public Page for the Pershing Rifles Military Fraternity, Company Oscar, 4th Regiment (Chapter/Company O-4) located at Virginia State University. One of the oldest Fraternities on the campus (Founded in 1894), the Brothers of the Royal Blue and White build up and produce Men who Lead Other Men! Working with one of the finest Officer Training Programs in the country, the Virginia States ROTC Department, which to this date, has produced Nine (9) US Army General Officers.
