Learn your basic BOXING STANCE, basic footwork, and how to throw a
punch while also gradually building up your stamina, strength and
endurance. This class is great for beginners who are actively
interested in BOXING BUT DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET STARTED. DRESS:
comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. BOXING GLOVES WILL BE
AVAILABLE FOR USE OR STUDENTS CAN BRING THEIR OWN. NOTE: Sparring is
not allowed. Participants will strike instructor pads and upright bags
only.
