JUMP START YOUR HEALTH | MAKE IT A MILE is a four-week program
designed to help beginner runners and walkers take the first steps
toward getting healthy. This program includes a safe, guided training
plan that allows you to work at your own pace in a supportive,
non-judgmental environment. While this is a beginner walking or
walk/run program, it can also serve as a jump-start for other fitness
goals you may have. WHAT YOU GET * A 4-week coached and organized
training program * IN-STORE KICK-OFF & OPEN HOUSE on THURSDAY, MARCH
27 5:00 - 6:30PM (3404 W College, in Appleton) * TWO GROUP MEET-UPS
PER WEEK at the Courtyard Appleton Riverfront Hotel (101 Riverheath
Way, in Appleton): * MONDAY @ 5:30PM * WEDNESDAY @ 5:30PM * FIRST
GROUP WORKOUT on MONDAY, APRIL 7 * WORKOUT DATES: APRIL 7, 9, 14, 16,
21, 23, 28, AND 30 * WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS with motivational and
educational content, special shopping offers, and more * CONSISTENT
TRAINING FORMAT that includes time for a warm-up and cool-down each
session * MONDAY WORKOUTS will begin with a 5 to 10 - minute
educational session followed by the workout * WEDNESDAY SESSIONS begin
with a 10 - minute strength training session to support joint health
and injury-free movement * ACCESS TO SUPPORT from our Running Club
Coordinator, Coach Leah & Mentor Wendi and extended Fleet Feet Team.
