Sunday 20th November 10:00am to 3:00pm, £40 per person includes lunch & water refreshments (payable on the day)
This is a gentle low impact activity day and will involve sitting, lying down and yoga movements
Please bring with you:
A yoga mat (if possible)
A towel or blanket
Suitable clothing for Yoga exercise
Change of warm lose clothing for after yoga and rest of day
Waterproof jacket for outdoors
And an open mind
