CILT Resident Camp Session 7 (One-Week Session) - Santa Rosa, CA 2026

‘CILT’ stands for Camper In Leadership Training and is open to all teens going into the 10th to 12th grade. This specialized 3-year program is aimed towards teens looking to increase their leadership skills, gain valuable volunteer experience, and learn to work with kids in a fun, fast-paced setting. During the day, CILTs work with younger campers, helping them learn new skills and assisting the counselor with supervision and setup. At night, the CILT program engages in skill development, teamwork activities, and reflection on their overall experience. CILTs will still enjoy participation in many activities while here, but are expected to be positive, contributing members of the camp environment. Our aim is to help each CILT gain the confidence and knowhow to utilize their camp experience throughout the year in school, work, and in college preparation.
