Interested in the world of ETCHING BUT BRAND NEW TO THE PROCESS? Join us for a one-day INTRODUCTORY HARD GROUND ETCHING WORKSHOP! You will learn a basic though vital technique within ETCHING THAT LENDS ITSELF TO CLEAN LINE DRAWING AND CROSS HATCHING. While the focus is on guiding you through the entire process of hard GROUND ETCHING WITHIN THE 6 HOUR CLASS, the goal is to have fun, gain comfortability with the materials and the studio, and to get all your questions answered. Participants should arrive with an original line drawing at 7X7” that they are ready to turn into an ETCHING.
