Description With guided meditation and supportive props, we’ll
gently relax the spine to ease lower back pain, boost the immune
system, and promote rejuvenation. This practice is a wonderful way to
strengthen, stretch, and relax—no matter your physical condition.
Please bring a mat. A blanket, blocks and strap are recommended. Wear
comfortable clothes.
