Teens, AI, and the Power of Reading

What do Oakland teens actually think about AI? When is it a useful tool, and when is it a shortcut around learning? Come find out.

Join us Wed, Oct 21, 5:30–7:30 pm at Kinfolx for food, drinks, and conversation about how AI is shaping the way young people read, learn, and connect.

High school students will be sharing their firsthand experience, alongside educators from Urban Promise Academy, Oakland International High School, and Oakland Tech, plus experts from Common Sense Media. Families, students, and educators all welcome. Free admission, but space is limited. Please register in advance.
