The United Palace of Cultural Arts is proud to present the first two episodes of Choir Games, a four-part documentary about the World Choir Games, the largest choral competition on Earth.
Two choirs –
and the Kaitaia Community Voices from rural New Zealand – live oceans apart, but find they are connected by music as they navigate personal challenges and the pressure of competition, and find their lives forever changed. Choir Games is a deeply moving, often hilarious, exploration of the transformative power of song.
After the two 45-minute episodes (90 minutes total) there will be a talk back with the filmmakers.
