Star Hoop FITNESS IS A BEGINNER HULA-HOOP class that will incorporate
learning the basic techniques of hula-hooping through movement and
dance. Participants will be fitted for the right size and weighted
hula-hoop followed by a quick warm up and stretch. In this class you
will learn specific techniques to help with coordination and balance
while challenging you to hula-hoop for longer periods of time. After
building your basic hula-hooping skills, we will incorporate dance and
rhythm movement to challenge your skills further.
Please wear comfortable fitted clothing, sneakers and bring a water
bottle. Let’s tap back into your inner child and have fun while
getting fit!
