The POWER OF PEACE: ANXIETY MANAGEMENT IN EVERYDAY LIFE IS A GROUNDING AND EMPOWERING SESSION DESIGNED TO HELP WOMEN BETTER UNDERSTAND ANXIETY, calm their nervous system, and build sustainable practices that support emotional balance and inner PEACE. Facilitated by Lynise V. Green, N.D., this session explores the difference between stress and anxiety, how anxiety uniquely shows up for women ages 30–50, and how our natural stress responses (fight, flight, freeze, and fawn) influence our emotional well-being. Participants will learn how peace is not the absence of stress, but a regulated, grounded internal state that can be cultivated intentionally. Through practical Peace Practices—including awareness, breathwork, thought reframing, and micro-moments of pause—participants will gain simple, accessible tools to interrupt the anxiety cycle and bring calm into their daily routines. This session creates a supportive, compassionate space for reflection, growth, and empowerment, helping participants reconnect with their sense of control, self-trust, and resilience. ✨ Peace is not something you find—it’s something you practice. And every small moment of calm builds your strength.
