Come experience DIANE FINE’s skillful leadership in the art and
science of PRENATAL YOGA ON TUESDAYS!
Diane offers pregnant folks in any stage of pregnancy the opportunity
to help ease discomforts of pregnancy while gaining strength and
flexibility in a safe and dynamic way. With gentle stretching,
conscious use of breath, deep relaxation, and mindfulness techniques,
pregnant folks can enhance the quality of their pregnancy, prepare for
an empowered birth process, and learn useful skills for life. No prior
experience with yoga is necessary; beginning and avid yogis alike have
found the classes accurate, informative, and empowering. The
comfortable and friendly group atmosphere leads many pregnant folks to
connect with one another. Those who wish will share stories, tips,
laughter, tears, and understanding. Many have gone on to create
connections that last for years.
Classes are:
Tuesdays: 5:30pm Eastern/ 3:30pm Mountain
